1. Returns and Exchanges:
- You may return or exchange any product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Log in to your OllO account and navigate to the "Order History" section.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the provided instructions to initiate the return or exchange process.
3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
4. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.
7. Exceptions:
- Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
