Shipping & Delivery Policy
At OIIO, our top priority is ensuring your order reaches you quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Once your order is placed, it is promptly processed and sent to our warehouse for preparation and shipping.
During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. We will provide an estimated delivery date based on your chosen option, delivery address, and the origin of your items.

Shipping Methods & Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders over $60 CAD
- Standard Shipping: Orders under $60 CAD - $10 CAD
- Expedited Shipping: $15 CAD for all orders
Signature Upon Delivery
For added security, OIIO may require a direct signature upon delivery for larger orders or higher-value items. If a signature is needed, we will notify you during the checkout process.
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided, and we’ll accept a signature from anyone present at that address. Please note that we cannot accept signatures or address changes on delivery door tags. If delivery is missed, the carrier will make two additional attempts.
